Arrival Time
The Arrival time selected is relative to the Arrival Window. The Arrival time is set to 1 hour ahead and 1 hour behind the selected time. Please make sure that you are available to provide access to the unit at least 1 hour prior to the selected time. And also be aware that the technician may arrive 1 hour after the selected time. All of our appointments require a 2 hour arrival window and 30 - 60 minutes for the technician to conduct the service.
Please be aware that all of our services are set for 2 hour Arrival Windows, and the tech will contact you with an ETA within an hour prior to arrival. The time needed to complete the service should be a consideration when scheduling, most services take between 30-75 minutes to complete.
